Thank you for shopping with Angelic Like Creations! Every order is thoughtfully handmade with love and care. Because each item is created by hand, we appreciate your patience while we craft something special just for you.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days.
Custom orders, high-demand collections, holidays, or live sale events may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you with an update.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
After your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery
Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location.
While we carefully package every order, Angelic Like Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Angelic Like Creations cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
